What are the delivery options?

Within Europe, we ship via GLS or PostNord. You can pick one of these options at checkout. Everywhere else is handled on an individual basis.

You can check the prices in the SHOP or use the shipping cost calculator at checkout.

Can I track my delivery?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

  

How much does delivery cost?

We are shipping within Europe with GLS. You can see their prices here or use the shipping cost calculator when checking out in the shopping process.

Can you ship everywhere in the world?

Yes! We automatically ship to all countries within Europe. Please contact us via hello@mulgeo.dk if you wish to place an order from outside Europe – we’ll help you with the details.

Is there a return policy?

Of course. Please contact us via hello@mulgeo.dk if you are not happy with your order. We will guide you through the next steps.

What’s the purpose of MULGEO's box-chair?

Our products are designed to be multi-functional and used for many things. Most of our customers use the box-chair as a seat or for storage. It can be a bed for a pet. We also encourage people to use the box-chair as a laundry basket, night stand or plant stand!

Are your products certified?

Yes! We are proud to have several certifications. Our products are FSC-certified and carry the highest UN Quality Seal.

What’s circularity?

Circularity in the production process emphasizes sustainability and aims to minimize waste in the whole production cycle. We want our furniture to be recyclable and efficient.

Where are your products manufactured?

Our products are manufactured in the Netherlands. Due to the central location in Europe, we can guarantee short delivery routes.
