Pricing

The quoted prices are daily prices and therefore only valid on the ordering day. You’ll be billed the quoted price of the day of ordering, if MULGEO.com accepts your order. All prices are including VAT.

Coupons

Coupons need to be used before an order is completed and cannot be applied afterwards.

Ordering

The display of goods together with a price on MULGEO.com is not a binding offer, but merely an invitation to make use of an offer. Furthermore, your ordering of goods from MULGEO.com is not a binding acceptance, but rather a binding offer to Mulgeo copenhagen to buy the product on the stated terms and at the stated price. A binding agreement between you as a buyer and Mulgeo copenhagen as a seller is only entered into when Mulgeo copenhagen accepts your offer by means of an order confirmation.

Production & Delivery

For us at MULGEO copenhagen it is important to offer good prices and to respect the environment. That’s why we start producing our furniture after an order has been issued. Please be aware that because of that it can take up to 8 days before your order will be delivered.

Timeline

After we’ve received your order, it takes up to 8 days to produce the furniture. Within those 8 days you have the option to cancel your order without any additional costs. Then your order will be delivered to you. Your order cannot be cancelled when your furniture is in delivery. After receiving your order and if it does not live up to your expectations, you can return your purchase (see Cancellation policy for guidance)

Delivery costs

All products purchased via our web shop MULGEO.com are delivered in accordance to delivery prices by GLS. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been sent. 

Return policy

You have an 14-day cancellation right on all products purchased at MULGEO.com. To make use of the return policy, please send an email to info@mulgeo.com. We will send exact instructions for return. Returned goods must be properly packaged with a copy of your invoice and shipped within 14 days of notifying us that you will return the goods. When MULGEO copenhagen receives the returned goods in new, or as-new, and undamaged condition, MULGEO copenhagen will repay the purchase price to you. If the returned goods have been used, in a larger scope to what is needed to test the product, they will also be returned according to the above rules. However, with the proviso that you are liable for any deterioration of the value of the product due to handling of the product other than that which is necessary to test it in the ordinary way. In practice, this means that you may, for example, be allowed to test the product, but without using it for an extended period of time. If something has happened to the product that diminishes its value, it is up to us to prove it and a possible impairment is deducted from the purchase price. The return rule applies only to goods sold to individuals – thus it does not apply to goods sold to companies. Note! The return freight is paid by the customer – we do not receive goods that are returned to UFRANCO or per collection.

Payment

Account information entered when purchasing goods is sent directly to E-pay in encrypted form (via SSL) and therefore only you and E-Pay can read these. MULGEO copenhagen does not view or store any of this information. When purchasing with Dankort or credit card, the amount is deducted from your account at the time we send your purchase.

At MULGEO.com you can pay with Dankort, Visa, American Express, Mastercard and JCB.

Privacy Policy

MULGEO copenhagen (MULGEO.com) understands and respects the importance of privacy on the Internet. MULGEO copenhagen (MULGEO.com) will not disclose information about customers / users to third parties unless it is necessary to implement a transaction. MULGEO copenhagen (MULGEO.com) will not sell your name, address, email address, credit card or personal data to any third party without your prior permission. The risk of accidental destruction or deterioration Only when you have received the purchased MULGEO copenhagen products does the risk of the goods being destroyed or damaged due to accidental circumstances pass to you.

Complaint

Any complaints about defects in MULGEO copenhagen goods delivered must be made to MULGEO copenhagen (info@mulgeo.com) within two months of discovering the defect. There is a 5 years of warranty.

Disclaimer and Warranty

MULGEO copenhagen cannot be held responsible for product descriptions and other MULGEO copenhagen-related content on websites other than MULGEO copenhagen’s own (MULGEO.com). MULGEO copenhagen is not liable for direct or indirect loss as a result of the ordered goods arriving at you late or the ordered goods suffering from defects, if the delay or defects are caused by your act, omission or circumstances outside of MULGEO copenhagens control (force majoure).
